Olympians and The Divine

Hello!

I hope wherever you are this finds you safe and with shelter from whatever Mother Nature is bringing to you.

For all my Northeast friends, what a tough, relentless winter. I'm sending you strength, patience, courage and perseverance. It's an unforgettable way to start the Lunar New Year!

And on the flip side of that, I feel like the Olympics was divinely timed.  I'm not sure about you but if there was ever an event to help you reconnect with your dreams or inspire new ones this is certainly it. To hear about an athlete's goal of going to the Olympics from their 8 year old self and then committing their life to that one thing is beyond impressive. Listening to them talk about the sacrifice and hard work with an almost matter of factness always just blows my mind. And the effortless grace or fierce determination with which they execute their skills, game or quadruple jumps.

So what hit me at a different level this was that Olympians live a fully authentic life - without question they embrace the skills and gifts they were given along with an unshakeable belief in themselves. Every day there's an absolute love of being a hockey player, or a skier or a figure skater while offering up their path to a high power. No other way of life could exist for them; it just wouldn't be possible. And watching this Winter Games, I think I can now understand the concept of "if you follow your heart with a 100% commitment and surrender all outcomes, you can experience true freedom." Watch some of the interviews - you can almost see how they're not the ones doing the talking. Yes, the words are from their body and in their voice but it's not really them at the same time. They're in flow not delivering a rehearsed, well thought out speech.

What is your Olympic podium for 2026?

What are those dreams, skills and gifts that excite you? What can you do to tap into those more frequently?  What's one small thing that would encourage alignment with your true self? How can you get the Divine to start flowing through you as effortlessly as those athletes?

Have a great day!

Blessings

Chrissi
